The Peony-like rose Senlitsu is a perfect example of Japanese garden roses. This variety is characterized by large buds, lush, juicy greenery, and a strong stem. The flower has a subtle fruity fragrance and is stunningly beautiful.
The name "Senlitsu" translates to "Melody." It embodies the melody of a Japanese garden in rich pink tones, reminiscent of a cherry blossom branch. The flower maintains its shape exceptionally well, even under the intense sun, without losing its color.
The flower opens slowly, preserving the shape of a deep cup for an extended period. It is filled with uniquely arranged numerous petals (about 100) in a gradient of soft pink with delicate pistachio veins. Over time, the color shifts to a pale pink-lavender hue. The flower is medium-sized (8-10 cm) on a long, straight, sturdy stem of 40-60 cm, without side shoots. The shrub reaches a height of 80-120 cm and a width of 50-60 cm.
The flower's vase life ranges from 7 to 10 days.

This rose lasts forever ages on the stem. Such a tidy petal formation and a nice scent. It’s been doing great since it arrived
