SHIPPING POLICY

Potted roses are shipped all year round.    
You can order your potted roses all year round.    
The size of the plant depends on the time of year, we will aim to send roses just in bud or flowering. If the rose has flowered, it may be dead headed (cut back) to encourage new growth.    

•  Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week (excluding Bank Holidays).     

The potted rose delivery costs are:     

1 rose (4lt pots)    £7.59
2-3 roses (4lt pots) £12.00
Potted orders to the following postcodes will incur a £3.00 surcharge (bare root deliveries as normal):    
PO30-41 (Isle of Wight)    
Potted orders to the following postcodes will incur a £10.00 surcharge.    
AB1-99, DD8-11 ,FK8-21, IV, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH    
Bare Root roses are shipped November to April only.     

Spring season shipping starts on March 15
You can pre-order your bare roses all year round, but fulfilment and delivery of your order will not take place until November to April     
The bare root roses delivery costs  £6.59
Delivery of bare root plants is usually by carrier Royal Mail but we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery day. There is no harm done to the roses during this period as they are completely dormant.    
Combined orders containing both bareroot and potted roses, will be dispatched in their respective seasons.    
If both potted and bareroot are ordered at the same time they will be shipped separately at the prices listed above.     
All delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before completing purchase. We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges should the incorrect carriage charge be charged due to a technical difficulty with our website.
