I was so impressed with the quality of this rose, which I bought as a bare root last November. I was a little concerned it might not do well in my garden due to it being a florist rose, but needn't have worried. It was the first among other 30 roses I have to stir into growth after the winter, and the buds took a long time to develop, but when they did open, they were spectacular: huge, firm and intensely fragrant and lasted for over 2 weeks on the plant and a week indoors. A real winner
