Muriel Robin Rose is an outstanding hybrid tea rose cultivar (synonyms: First Great Western, ORAcharapam), bred in France by rose breeder Pierre Orard in 2005. The variety has gained popularity thanks to its rich colour, excellent disease resistance, and remarkable fragrance.
Characteristics
Flowers:
Large blooms measuring 8–10 cm in diameter, with an elegant, cup-shaped form. The colour is a deep purplish-pink or fuchsia shade, often with slightly ruffled petals.Fragrance:
Strong, rich, and refined, with a distinctive perfume-like scent.Growth Habit:
The bush typically reaches a height of 90–100 cm and a spread of approximately 70 cm. It is upright and compact, covered with dense, glossy dark-green foliage.Disease Resistance:
Highly resistant to common rose diseases such as powdery mildew and black spot, and also demonstrates good tolerance to rain.Hardiness Zone:
USDA Zones 6b–9b.
