This is a truly exceptional variety! The flowers are 5-8 cm in diameter, densely double (like old English roses), and appear to be divided into four parts. They are velvety with an intense burgundy-red color that lightens in the center over time. The rose has an extremely strong fragrance. The bushes, with their long, cascading shoots, are very attractive. This variety is recommended for well-lit locations. It was awarded the Golden Medal for "Best Fragrant Rose of 2002" at the international exhibition in Rome.
